The park at Lake Calhoun...a must after cupcakes!

Piper showed Charlotte around, the swings, the teeter totter, the slide...even though I wasn't there I could tell by the photos that the two Mike's had a great time with 'their girls'.




We met the Ronan's a few years ago in Vermont, Shelby's Mom & Dad owned the house that backed up to ours, and our dog 'Olive' and their dog 'Abby' became best friends and constantly begged for us to let them play together, the attraction was so intense that Abby would sometimes scale the back fence and come over on her own accord, or she would escape the backyard entirely and we would find her on our front porch like a wayward child waiting to ask if 'Jimmy could come out and play'

We were sad when they moved to New Hampshire, but in the same month we moved to Minneapolis, and it's been two years since we saw them. Since then we've both added beautiful children to our families, but it was like old times, we're just more tired and a bit wrinklier. We love you guys!

It's a treat to see our friends with their daughter, we cannot wait to go and visit in the future!
