School of the Wise ...or is it?


We have a little coffee shop in our miniscule town. it is called 'School of the Wise'. It's in rather a cool building and set up rather nice, like an old English pub, right down to a picture of Winston Churchill above the fireplace.

We rarely go there, even though it's within walking distance...the coffee is generally good, but the service and the food is...to be blunt a bit 'eh'

Despite knowing better we took our friends there. Picture this...Saturday morning 9.30am. Quite a few patrons, in fact a line was forming, and growing longer.

ONE person behind the counter...yep, ONE...on a SATURDAY morning...jeesh!

The coffees were okay, but the wait sucked. Luckily we have patient children...yeah right!
