Growing Snowflowers

I thought I'd put a little explanation in for those who didn't quite understand the KIWI video I posted. This animation has been #1 on youtube for a few days and a lot of comments have been "I dont get it"

1. The KIWI is a flightless bird that is native to New Zealand

2. New Zealander's call themselves KIWI's...so we are partial to anything that features the 'bird'

3. this KIWI worked very hard, perhaps all his life to achieve the impossible...to fly. He nailed trees on the cliff and did a base jump just to feel the wind in his feathers...obviously he felt the joy of flying was worth the end result.

I loved it. I think it's so poignant.
